The old and the new National Coach Museum at Lisbon, Portugal

Located in Lisbon, the National Coach Museum - has a unique collection of gala and walking vehicles from the 16th to the 19th century, mostly from the Portuguese Royal House. It is the most remarkable Coach Museum of the World, allowing us to appreciate not only the technical evolution of animal traction transports, but also the varied decorative art and detailed ornamentation of the coaches.
